Web Seba BD provides web hosting, domain registration and Web Design services to clients worldwide. We have a liability to protect each client and provide the best services ever existing. If you receive the services of Web Seba BD are agree to the following terms of service:

Account Setup And Email Details:

We set up the client’s domain hosting account after receiving full payment and check the payment balance before the account activation. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date. We send all hosting Cpanel login details to your providing email address. If you provide any false contact information it may result in the termination of your account Terms of Service.

Payments And Renew:

When you order our domain and hosting, you are buying a pre-paid service. All payments will be paid in advance using bKash, Rocket, Nagad mobile banking, Bank Transfer, and check. Renewal notices will be sent via email from 1 to 30 days before the renewal date. If you are unable to renew the service to the last renewal date, your hosting and domain will be suspended and we are not responsible for any data loss. For web hosting plans, we will not set up your account without paying. Clients are encouraged to pay by bKash as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time in Bangladesh.

Late Payments:

All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activation date. If you will not pay for service renewal 7 days before the renewal date, your account will be suspended as the end date of payment. If you will not pay for service renew in 30 days after suspended, your account will be terminated. You will receive some email reminders till deactivation.

Transfers:

Our technical team is always ready to help you to transfer your site to us from another hosting. We always try to do the best transfer of your all data from old host to our host. In fact, Hosting a transfer is not our duty, it is just a bonus service.

Content Not Allowed:

Hacking related content
Sexual content/ adult content.
IRC Scripts/Bots
Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
Pirated Software/Warez
Hacker sites/archives/programs
Such a Scripts that run corn job less than 30 minutes interval
E-mail Marketing Scripts

Backups And Data Loss:

If you use any service of Web Seba BD is at your own risk. Our backup service is run on Friday or Sunday of each week, and provided to you as a courtesy. Web Seba BD is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for your files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. Backups will not be provided for accounts that have been suspended or terminated for any reason. If your hosting account suspended long time and you do not pay the hosting renewal fee then if you need your hosting backup or data, You have to pay the backup restore fee 2000/= BDT. First of all we checked our backup server, If available the backup we will provide the backup services.

VPS / Dedicated Server:

VPS CPU Usages:

Client agrees not to run any processes on his or her VPS which create a CPU load above 0.9 on the VPS for an extended period of time or which cause a high CPU load on the host node for an extended period of time. In other words, client agrees not to use the equivalent of a full core for him or herself for an extended period of time. Disruptive CPU usage may result in a reboot, shutdown, and/or suspension of the VPS regardless of the time lapse involved.

Refund – Unfortunately We Don’t offer any refund for VPS or Dedicated Server or any Reseller Hosting.

Acceptable Use Policy for Linux VPS services:

The following are strictly prohibited uses and may result in immediate suspension and/or termination if discovered on Your account:

Minecraft and its variations and anything related to Minecraft including control panels or websites about Minecraft. (Yes, we mean it. We will not make any exceptions.)

Multics
Chobots, Starbound, Runescape
Teamspeak and Mumble
Denial of Service (DoS) attacks
Port scanning
TOR/VPN/Proxy/Any kind of anonmity services (VPN and Proxy usage is fine if they are only used by the customer themselves.)
Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA), including for Subscribers that are of foreign heritage and/or operating in a foreign country.
Torrents
Illegal downloads/Piracy
CamFrog
Virtual currency (*coin) mining
HentaiAtHome
IP spoofing
Fake/Replica product websites
World Community Grid
HYIP websites
Booter/Stresser websites
HitLeap or any artificial traffic creation
iBusiness Promoter or similar software
LIULIANGKUANG
Chinese private game servers or websites
Nested Virtualization
Anything related to ZenCash
Any kind of high CPU, IO and network usage

Note: VPS/VDS/Dedicated server user doesn’t have any data backup option includes by default. Nor even any backup of the VPS/VDS/Dedicated server customer’s data is stored on WebSeba BD’s side for any disaster recovery purpose. So, it’s always the customer’s responsibility to create their backup strategy.

Cancellations And Refunds:

Web Seba BD reserve the right to cancel, suspend and restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. If you are unhappy with the services you receive from WebSebaBD during the first 30 days of service received (Only Hosting), you may request a full refund. You must describe a detailed reason as to why you are canceling. If we are unable to solve the problem within a short time, we will provide a full refund to you. If clients violate the terms and conditions and suspended in that case refund will not be offered even if asked for cancellation and then agreed to continue using services can’t ask a second time for a refund. After payment, if you cancel the order you need to open a ticket to the billing department. Then our billing department processes your refund. The refund process needs 7-10 days to complete.
